Performs restorative nursing programs by following the resident's plan of care. Carries out assigned duties within the scope of practice and Masonic Village policies and procedures.Teaches restorative skills to residents and staff. Serves as a resource to Certified Nursing Assistants for restorative skills. Serves as a resource to licensed staff for restorative program development.Observes and reports to licensed staff the resident's response to the program. Accurately documents resident performance, progress, and time spent in performing the program through written progress notes.Participates in quality assurance projects. Participates in interdisciplinary care plan meetings as needed.Supports the nursing staff as needed.Transport residents to/from sessions appropriately at the request of the treating therapist or assistant.What You Need as a Restorative Nursing Assistant :High School graduate or equivalent preferred.Current Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant certification required.Minimum of one year experience as a Rehab Aide or Nursing Assistant.Must be at least 18 years of age.Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
