Job description
Wheeler is hiring for a role coordinating referrals and providing case management within the Diversion First program in New Haven, CT. The position focuses on restorative justice, community collaboration, and youth accountability to repair harm and meet underlying needs.
Responsibilities include screening, eligibility, documentation, and linking youth with behavioral health, trauma, and other services. Travel and translation support may be required as appropriate.
