Job description
Skadden's Corporate Restructuring team is seeking an outstanding lateral candidate (class of ) with proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings to join the team in either New York or Chicago. Qualified candidates should be admitted to practice law in the state of the office in which they're applying for.
The starting base salary is between $235,000 and $365,000 annually, with potential discretionary year-end bonus.
