Job description
IMS is seeking an Account Director – Retail to lead the account management function for major retailers in the US. You will drive client programs, mentor a team, and optimize processes to meet annual P&L targets.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across sourcing, logistics, analytics, and creative to deliver value. Responsibilities include developing client KPIs, presenting strategic ideas to senior partners, and guiding budgeting and forecasting activities.
