Job description
Curbline Properties is seeking an Acquisitions Director to source, negotiate, and close convenience retail opportunities in Texas. You will lead deal efforts, work with leadership, and leverage industry relationships to grow the portfolio.
The role requires strong financial modeling skills and a network in retail real estate. Remote within Dallas, Houston, or Austin with some travel to asset sites and conferences; salary range is $130,000–$165,000 plus merit-based incentives.
