As a Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for 7-10 store locations, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a company that values growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets
Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards
Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies
People Development: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success
Drive Results: Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance
Requirements
7 Eleven Experience preferred
Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance
Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed

Salary for this position is targeted at $75,000 DOE
