Job description
Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner at the Pentagon City store in Arlington, VA to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees.
You will partner with store leaders, deter theft on the sales floor, monitor activity with CCTV, conduct audits, and respond to incidents professionally, while training teams on safety protocols and shrink reduction.
