Job description
Sephora in Palo Alto is hiring an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.
You will spend the majority of time on the sales floor to deter theft, assist guests, and uphold safety standards, while collaborating with leadership on shrink reduction
