Job description
Sephora in Baton Rouge is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets, deter theft on the selling floor, and work with store leaders to implement safety strategies. You will monitor activity, handle incidents with professionalism, and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or loss prevention, strong communication, and the ability to work 30–40 hours per week with flexibility for peak times.
