Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, coaching associates, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes brand standards, Omni-channel fulfillment, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in retail with prior leadership experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to manage scheduling needs. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
