Job description
DTLR, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager for the Fredericksburg location at Spotsylvania Mall. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail management experience, possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule is required, along with the ability to handle physical demands.
Compensation ranges from $21.40 to $23.40 per hour, with bonus opportunities available.
