Job description
United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Manager in a full-time role based in Long Beach, CA. You will support store operations, ensure safety and customer focus, and assume Store Manager duties in their absence. You will help customers with purchases, build relationships, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
The position requires 2–4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail, and a high school diploma or GED. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and fluent in English.
