Job description
A popular retail chain is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Johnson City, TN. Your responsibilities will include establishing guest services, supporting the Store Manager, and overseeing daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Ideal candidates will have prior retail and/or management experience, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and be at least 18 years old. Competitive hourly rate of $14.75-$15.00 based on qualifications and experience, along with comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and a 401K Plan.
