Job description
WSS is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead Team Members, deliver exceptional customer service, and run daily store operations per company policy.
You will coach staff, manage scheduling and cash handling, and drive sales while maintaining a well-organized store. A high school diploma and 3+ years retail management are preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential. Flexible hours and weekend work required.
