Job description
Hibbett is hiring for an Assistant Manager at our Midlothian, VA location (Towne Crossing Shops). The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandise promotion, and customer service excellence, with responsibilities across selling, restocking, and scheduling.
The position requires 1–3 years in retail, strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role reports to the Store Manager and is non-exempt, hourly pay.
