Job description
Hibbett I City Gear in Levelland, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all operations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, stocking, scheduling, and administrative duties.
The Assistant Manager will supervise in the Store Manager's absence, assist in recruiting and training staff, monitor inventory and sales, and ensure policy compliance. The position is hourly with a starting pay of $12.65.
