Job description
Hibbett Edwardsville is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and administrative duties. You will be knowledgeable in all product areas, uphold company standards, and promote merchandise with a focus on exceptional customer service.
You will act as supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence and handle staffing, training, and performance evaluation while ensuring profitability and inventory control across departments.
