Job description
Cosmo Prof in Brookfield, CT is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, support the Store Manager, and ensure top customer experiences. You will drive sales through brand standards, training, and effective operations, including omni-channel fulfillment and payroll scheduling.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with prior retail leadership experience preferred. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
