Job description
Sally Beauty in Columbus, NE is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in hiring, developing and guiding store associates, while ensuring an optimal customer experience and brand standards. You will help lead daily operations, analyze store trends, manage scheduling, and ensure omni-channel execution.
You will also assist with inventory, payroll, openings and closings, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.
