Job description
Men's Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Plantation, FL to partner with the Store Manager in guiding the team toward sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach staff, recruit and train team members, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will lead by example, managing staffing, coaching for performance, and executing initiatives to meet company standards while fostering an inclusive, high-energy atmosphere.
