Job description
Sally Beauty in Miami seeks an Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in hiring, developing and leading store associates, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and adherence to brand standards. You’ll help plan and execute strategies to hit KPIs and financial targets through effective communication and accountability.
As part of development, you support daily operations, oversee omni-channel initiatives, manage inventory, scheduling and payroll, and ensure safety and loss prevention.
