Job description
Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams, hire and develop staff, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, customer experiences and brand standards.
You will analyze metrics, plan actions, ensure accountability for KPIs and store profitability, support scheduling and training, and help implement omnichannel initiatives while upholding safety and compliance in the store.
