My Melrose is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operations. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Open to candidates who can lead by example, manage teams, and uphold Melrose policies while delivering an excellent customer experience. This position is designed as in-training for future Store Manager responsibilities.
