Job description
Shoe Station is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and support the team. In this full-time role, you’ll act as a key holder, lead by example, and help drive a fun, customer-first store environment.
You will open and close, train associates, coach on service, and ensure accurate cash handling while upholding loss prevention procedures. The position offers hands-on leadership training and opportunities to grow into retail management.
