Christopher & Banks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Minneapolis to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
This full-time role involves supervising 3+ retail sales associates on duty, driving sales, training staff, and handling keyholding, loss prevention, and store cleanliness.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years retail experience, strong organization, and comfort with POS, PC, email, and iPad tools.
