Job description
Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach team members, maintain standards, and execute strategies to meet sales and productivity goals.
Responsibilities include leading a team, promoting Miniso values, delivering excellent customer service, and managing inventory, scheduling, and compliance with company policies. Travel between locations may be required.
