Job description
Coen Markets, LLC is seeking an Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in operating a busy Pennsylvania store. You will lead a team of clerks, deliver strong customer service, manage scheduling, and help drive sales and profitability in alignment with the business plan.
The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to work a 24/7 operation. You must maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to policies, and model professional conduct.
