Job description
As a Bakery Team Leader Assistant at Market District, you’ll support daily bakery operations in a dynamic, food-focused retail environment. Working closely with the Bakery Team Leader, you’ll assist with production planning, preparation, baking, finishing, and merchandising of breads, pastries, and specialty items. You will help maintain product quality, freshness, and food safety standards while ensuring attractive displays and accurate signage. This role supports training of team members, guiding them in recipes, portioning, and customer service. You’ll interact with guests, take special orders, and help manage inventory, rotation, and cleanliness to deliver an exceptional bakery experience.
