Job description
Eastern Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Lincoln, RI to lead a mid-sized retail banking office, drive sales and service excellence, and manage daily operations. You will coach staff, guide platform and assistant managers, and work to meet branch goals.
The role requires strong relationship building, a track record in sales leadership, and excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years of management experience in retail banking is expected.
