Job description
Fortera Credit Union in Clarksville, TN seeks a Full Time Retail Sales & Service Manager to drive branch sales and member service across the footprint. You will coach Branch Managers, shape cross-sell of loans and deposits, and align staff with the sales and service model.
You will lead training, manage technology and process improvements, and present results to senior leadership while ensuring compliance and a strong member experience.
