This full-time Retail Banking Specialist will play an important role in our continued growth by providing superior customer service and solutions to our customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.We are seeking friendly, organized, self-motivated candidates with:Superior customer service abilitiesA positive attitudeExcellent communication and listening skillsAttention to detailProficiency with computers and technologyPrior banking and/or cash handling experience is beneficialAbility to work 40 hours a week. Hours will include 7:45am – 5:45pm (Monday thru Friday) and Saturday (8:30am-12:15pm).Responsibilities include:Establish relationships with customers and co-workersEnsure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactionsEducate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions that match their needsWorking within the guidelines of banking regulations and all security and audit proceduresCitizens Bank of Kansas is an equal opportunity employer.
