Job description
Woodforest National Bank in Ohio is seeking a Retail Branch Manager I to lead consumer and business relationships, drive branch sales, and deliver the Woodforest Experience daily. This on-site role requires strong leadership, coaching, and outside sales capabilities across Massillon locations.
You will recruit and develop staff, manage deposits and loans growth, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service and community involvement.
