Airgas is hiring for a Branch Manager in Alexandria, VA. The role leads daily store operations, drives sales, manages inventory, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance while mentoring inside staff and supporting outside sales.
Qualified candidates bring retail or industrial distribution leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs (125 lbs with aid). Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 with quarterly incentives and comprehensive benefits.
