Currency Exchange International (CXI), a publicly traded financial services and technology provider headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Branch Manager for its branch at The Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, NJ. Role Overview
The branch manager oversees daily retail operations, ensuring the location meets budget targets while adhering to strict compliance and anti-money-laundering regulations. The position demands hands-on leadership in inventory reconciliation, staff training, customer engagement, and cost control - all grounded in CXI's values of customer-first service, integrity, collaboration, innovation, and passion.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management: Enforce Retail Policy Procedure Manual guidelines and ensure adherence to all money laundering and compliance regulations
Financial Operations: Reconcile daily inventories of foreign and US currencies; maintain accurate, detailed records of transactions, expenses, and inventory levels
Performance Leadership: Drive the branch to maximum performance in line with budget targets
Staff Development: Organize and deliver comprehensive training for all new employees
Inventory Control: Maintain adequate currency stocks and manage wholesale ordering to support seasonal volume demands
Marketing Execution: Promote branch services through referral flyer distribution, web marketing, and check cashing outreach
Facility Oversight: Maintain branch appearance and an excellent working relationship with the landlord
Security & Cost Management: Ensure adherence to retail security policies and help control operational and staffing expenses

Schedule
40 hours per week
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (coverage may be needed on other days if call-outs occur)
Compensation
This full-time role offers a verified annual salary of USD 50,000-53,000.
