Job description
Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to lead in-store marketing initiatives and strategize sign-age, promotions, and events that drive store traffic and sales. You will work with sales, merchandising, and account teams to protect brand integrity across retail locations.
The role requires 3–5 years in retail shopper marketing, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while traveling up to 25% of the time. Bachelor's degree in marketing is required.
