Brand AmbassadorFor more than 40 years, Closet Factory has helped homeowners create beautifully organized closets, pantries, garages, home offices, and other spaces with custom-designed storage solutions.We partner with leading retailers to introduce homeowners to our complimentary in-home design service.Closet Factory of Kentucky is looking for a friendly, outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent us at retail partner locations throughout the Louisville Metro Area.In this role, you’ll connect with shoppers, introduce them to our custom organization solutions, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our professional designers.This is not a high-pressure sales or closing position. Your job is to start genuine conversations, identify interested homeowners, collect accurate information, and schedule qualified appointments.Pay and Schedule$20 per hour base pay, based on experienceAdditional bonuses for qualified appointmentsPaid training and ongoing supportApproximately 20–30 hours per weekSchedule provided two weeks in advanceWeekend and peak retail-hour availability requiredShifts held at retail partner locations throughout the Louisville Metro AreaWhat You’ll DoGreet and engage shoppers in a warm, professional mannerIntroduce customers to Closet Factory’s custom organization solutionsAsk questions to identify interested homeownersExplain our complimentary in-home design processCollect accurate customer contact informationSchedule qualified appointments for our design teamKeep the display area clean, organized, and welcomingTrack customer interactions and appointment activityCommunicate effectively with our local sales and design teamsRepresent Closet Factory with professionalism and enthusiasmWhat We’re Looking ForFriendly, confident, and comfortable approaching new peopleStrong communication and customer-service skillsDependable, punctual, and self-motivatedAble to work independently and stay engaged throughout each shiftMotivated by goals and performance incentivesAvailable to work weekends and peak retail hoursValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWilling to travel to retail locations throughout the Louisville Metro AreaExperience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, sales, or lead generation is helpful, but not required.
