The Opportunity

Were looking for a Cashier who is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. As the face of our stores, youll ensure every guest has a positive shopping experience while supporting the vital mission of Goodwill.

What Youll Do

* Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner (in person and by phone)

* Operate the register to process transactions accurately, including discounts

* Promote Goodwills "Change Round Up" program to fuel community impact

* Keep the checkout area and front of store clean and organized

* Bag and wrap merchandise with care

* Assist with merchandise displays, stocking, and returns to the sales floor

* Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns

* Contribute to store safety, security, and team goals

* Provide support in training new cashiers as needed

What Were Looking For

* High school diploma or GED preferred

* Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)

* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

* Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

* Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly

* Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
