Job description
KnitWell Group is seeking a Compensation Manager to design and administer compensation programs for its Field, DC and Contact Center operations in a hybrid Fort Myers, FL setting. You will lead wage structures, incentive design and ensure regulatory compliance, partnering with payroll and HR teams.
The role requires 5+ years in compensation management within a large firm, advanced Excel, and knowledge of FLSA and pay-disclosure rules. Retail experience is a plus.
