Job description
The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for our TJ Maxx store in Barre, VT.
You will engage with customers, ring purchases, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while supporting store operations and loss-prevention standards. You should bring excellent customer service skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule, strong communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and adapt to changes.
