Job description
Wilco is seeking a Retail Department Manager to lead Clothing, Hardware, Pet and Animal Health departments, driving service standards and department performance. You will collaborate with the store team to merchandise, stock, sign, and provide customer assistance while maintaining department standards.
You will recruit, train, schedule, mentor staff, and manage stock and signage, ensuring a clean, organized department and strong customer experiences across shifts.
