Job description
Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Department Lead to oversee a designated department, ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory, and appealing displays. You will manage scanning outs, pricing changes, planogram execution, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
You will also deliver exceptional customer service, support front-end tasks, and participate in cross-training to enhance flexibility and skills across departments. A 40-hour weekly schedule is common.
