Job description
Ralph Lauren is seeking a Department Manager in New York City to ensure a memorable customer shopping experience while driving revenue and operating profit for the store. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales performance in various departments including Men's, Women's, and Children's.
Key duties include training staff, guiding sales teams, and implementing visual merchandising strategies consistent with the Ralph Lauren brand. Strong retail management experience and business acumen are preferred.
