Job description
Ollie’s in Washington Court House is seeking a Retail Department Manager to lead the department, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage merchandising, pricing, and store upkeep while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, knowing products and promotions, assisting with shipments, training new Associates, and maintaining a clean, well-organized department. Evening/weekend availability is required.
