Family Fare in West Fargo, ND seeks a department manager to lead daily store operations, ensuring staff training, proper staffing, and adherence to company standards and KPIs. You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and performance within your department.
This role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 2 years retail experience, and 1 year supervisory experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
