REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager (SDM) to coach and motivate store sales teams. You will be a key member of the store management team, directing a team of retail staff to achieve REI business and service goals.
Your leadership will reward performance, deepen engagement, and cultivate synergy as you drive sales and service across channels. This role requires energetic, visible management and a passion for helping others excel.
