Job description
A leading real estate company is hiring a Development Manager in California, responsible for strategic investment management and project execution related to community shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in retail development and a relevant Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility analyses, managing design processes, and creating development schedules. The compensation range for this role is $170,000–$210,000 per year, inclusive of base salary and possible bonus.
