Job description
Fleet Feet is seeking a Retail Experience Manager to lead store teams and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, onboard, coach, schedule and manage performance to ensure every guest leaves with the right gear and confidence.
You’ll supervise Outfitters on the sales floor five days a week, foster a positive staff culture, and partner across teams to support Fleet Feet initiatives and community involvement.
