Job description
Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Thornton, CO store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with Store Management to drive sales and service while upholding our core values.
This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, a commitment to diverse teams, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
