Job description
Burlington Marlton is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team. In this Front End role you will supervise store functions, coach direct reports, and partner with management to drive sales and outstanding service.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, can work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and can lift up to 40 lbs.
