Job description
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Hammond, LA is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to guide the store’s front-end operations, motivate a sales team, and ensure a superior customer experience.
You’ll oversee daily tasks, assist with staffing, and support merchandising updates. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail, a high school diploma, flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and a collaborative, service-oriented attitude.
